This resource book has been constructed from the Emotional Intelligence (EI) literature and applications to experiential reports of participants engaged in the Competencies-Based Coaching (C-BC) System. The EI literature has been developed from the works of Daniel Goleman, Richard Boyatzis, Annie McKee and others. The C-BC System participants are senior level university students and employed (part-time or full-time) in positions of either front-line workers, management or entrepreneurs (consultants).
