Preface
This resource book has been constructed from the emotional intelligence (EI) literature and experiential reports (stories) of participants engaged in the Competencies-Based Coaching (C-BC) System, as part of an Advanced Leadership course. The EI literature has been developed from the works of Daniel Goleman, Richard Boyatzis, Annie McKee and others. The C-BC System participants are senior level students (BCOM degree) and employed (part-time or full-time) in positions of either front-line workers, management or entrepreneurs (consultants).
